• It is important that you do not miss any doses of these medications.

Common side effects of Epivir Solution include but are not limited to:

• Ear, nose, or throat irritation.
• Upset stomach or diarrhea.
• Headaches.
• Tiredness, dizziness, or weakness.

Get medical help if you have any of the following side effects of lamivudine:

• Depression.
• Numbness, tingling, or burning feeling.
• Signs of a new infection including fever, shortness of breath, sore throat, coughing, or weakness.
• Signs of pancreatitis including severe stomach pain, severe back pain, upset stomach, or vomiting.
• Signs of a liver problem including stomach pain, upset stomach, dark urine, light-colored stools, tiredness, loss of appetite, vomiting, or jaundice.
• Signs of lactic acidosis including fast or unusual heartbeat, upset stomach, vomiting, fast breathing, tiredness, shortness of breath, dizziness, coldness, muscle pain, or cramps.
• Symptoms of an allergic reaction such as difficulty breathing, hives, or swelling in your face, lips, or throat.

What should I do if I miss a dose of Epivir Solution?

If you miss a dose of Epivir Solution, you should take it as soon as you remember. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, then skip your missed dose.
