Get medical help if you have any of the following side effects of orphenadrine.

• Fast or unusual heartbeat.
• Difficulty urination.
• Severe dizziness or passing out.
• Confusion or hallucinations.
• Anxiety.
• Vision changes.
• Feeling very weak or tired.
• Shakiness.
• Agitation.
• Symptoms of an allergic reaction such as difficulty breathing, hives or swelling in your face, lips or throat.
