What is Revatio?

Revatio contains the medication sildenafil and is prescribed for people with pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH) to improve their ability to exercise. Pulmonary arterial hypertension is high blood pressure in your lungs and Revatio works by relaxing and widening the blood vessels within your lungs. If you miss a dose of Revatio, you should take it as soon as you remember. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, then skip your missed dose.

What is the difference between Revatio and Viagra?

Revatio and Viagra both contain sildenafil and work by relaxing muscles in order to increase blood flow.
